Please follow the following procedure to have your own customised garment created and delivered directly to your door.

2. Decide on what colour ways you would like your garment panels to be
3. You can now either fax the image to the contact number on the template or scan and email back to melissa@suziwong.co.uk you can also post it to: Suzi Wong Creations, 6 The Folds, Blackrod, Bolton, BL6 5DP, UK
4. Please write all contact details on the form so we can contact you
5. Await a call back from us with quoted times and prices

Please Note: Custom made garments can take 3-4 weeks to make as we make everything from scratch just for you.  If you require for a specific date please write on the template and we can see what we can do.
